The lung scan is an accurate and advanced method to find lung cancer early, while hopefully it can still be cured. You will be placed on the CT scanner table and scanned. The scan takes less than 20 seconds to complete. The images will be processed on a computer workstation and reviewed in three dimensions by a Board Certified Radiologist. No special preparation is required.
